Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our services. By accessing our website or purchasing any service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Company Information

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of services provided by Digi Marketer Inc, operating as One Tap Only®, incorporated in Canada, with registered address at 135 Laurier Ave W, Ottawa, Canada K1P 5J2.

2. Services

One Tap Only® provides Google Business Profile (GBP) management, local SEO services, AI spokesperson video production (Talking Heads), video review management, and review generation services. The exact scope of services is defined in the plan or package you purchase. All services are provided on a month-to-month subscription basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Payment & Billing

All subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed securely through our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. All prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us in writing. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to our services until the end of the period for which you have paid. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

5. Client Responsibilities

To deliver our services effectively, you agree to:

• Provide us with accurate business information including name, address, phone number, and business category
• Grant us the necessary Manager access to your Google Business Profile
• Respond to our communications within a reasonable timeframe
• Ensure all information provided to us is truthful and does not violate any laws

6. Results Disclaimer

While we use best-practice strategies to improve your Google Business Profile visibility and ranking, we cannot guarantee specific results, rankings, or revenue outcomes. Google's algorithm is proprietary and subject to change without notice. Past performance of other clients does not guarantee similar results for your business.

7. Intellectual Property

All content we create on your behalf — including posts, images, and video scripts — is created for your business use. You retain ownership of your Google Business Profile. We retain ownership of our proprietary methodologies, templates, and processes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digi Marketer Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
