1. No Refund Policy
All payments made to Digi Marketer Inc for One Tap Only® services are non-refundable. This applies to all subscription plans, one-time setup fees, and add-on services. Once a payment has been processed, it will not be refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Early cancellation of a subscription
- Dissatisfaction with results or rankings
- Change of mind after purchase
- Failure to use the service
- Cancellation mid-billing-period
2. Cancel Anytime
While we do not issue refunds, we believe strongly in flexibility. You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees and no minimum commitment period. To cancel, simply contact us in writing before your next billing date. Your service will continue until the end of the billing period already paid, after which no further charges will be made.
3. Exceptions
In the rare event of a billing error or duplicate charge on our part, we will investigate promptly and issue a correction or credit within 7 business days. To report a billing error, please contact us immediately with your payment details.
4. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to immediately suspend your account and pursue the matter through appropriate legal channels. We encourage you to contact us first — we are committed to resolving any legitimate concerns fairly and promptly.
5. How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription, contact us by email or book a call with our team. Please cancel at least 3 business days before your next billing date to ensure no further charges are made.
